Vacate Flea (Pet Bond) Treatment

Treatment Terms & Conditions:

• Receipt and Treatment Record will not be provided to Client or Property Manager until Payment (or Proof of Payment) is received by Frontline Pest Management
• Additional charges will apply if an active infestation is found, or if property has furnishings in place or is not vacant at time of treatment.
• Key collection charge of $50 is applicable for properties which require the technician to collect keys for access. Key will be left in a safe place on site unless other arrangements are made prior to treatment.
• Call out fee of $125 will apply should the property not be ready for treatment at time of booking, or technician is unable to access property and has to re-attend.
